'I Am Solo' (I am SOLO) Season 16 contestant Ok-soon has chosen divorce once more, four months after announcing her remarriage. Although she continued meeting with her husband even after legally dissolving their marriage, they ultimately parted ways completely.
On the 20th, Ok-soon announced via SNS (social media), "After long deliberation and discussions with my husband, we decided to go our separate ways."
Previously, Ok-soon revealed in April that she had legally registered her marriage with her husband, becoming his legal spouse. However, following advice from her parents who said, "Since you have experienced great pain once before, please do not rush this time but think more slowly and carefully," Ok-soon decided to dissolve her legal relationship with her husband.
Even after that, Ok-soon continued meeting with her husband, but as they gradually found incompatible aspects between them, they ultimately parted ways completely. She stated, "This was not due to anyone's fault alone, nor did we end the relationship while harboring hatred or negative feelings toward each other." She added, "We are grateful for the time we spent together and the love we received from one another, and we sincerely wish each other happiness in our respective places, so we decided to part on good terms."
She also remarked, "I feel cautious and heavy-hearted to share this news again within such a short period," adding, "Moving forward, I will remain more dedicated to my work and life at my own position and greet everyone with a better image."
Ok-soon appeared on SBS PLUS·ENA's 'I Am Solo' Season 16 special for divorced individuals, gaining public recognition. Born in 1988, she is known to be a Western painter. Regarding her first marriage on 'I Am Solo,' Ok-soon previously revealed that she registered her marriage after meeting her ex-husband three times at social gatherings, and their marital life ended after approximately 45 days.
