The story of a husband who, upset with his 6-year-old son over an ice cream incident, demanded a divorce from his wife has been revealed, causing shock.
In the JTBC variety program 'Divorce Reflection Camp,' which aired on the 20th, the domestic investigation of the 23rd season's third couple, known as the 'Petty Couple,' was depicted.
During that broadcast, the 'ice cream incident' was mentioned as the decisive event that led the 'Petty Couple' to appear on the show.
The wife said, "There was the ice cream incident. That's when my husband first suggested a divorce." Upon hearing this, Seo Jang-hoon expressed disbelief, asking, "How can you even consider divorce over ice cream?"
The wife recalled, "I gave our eldest child a small ice cream. My husband wanted to eat a Choco Pie, so I gave him one." She continued, "My husband opened the Choco Pie and handed it to our eldest, but after taking one bite, the child threw it onto the sofa."
The husband sent his 6-year-old son, who had thrown the ice cream, to his room to reflect on his actions. Later, at his wife's suggestion, the child went to apologize to his father, but the husband refused, saying, "I'm too upset right now; I don't want an apology."
