Singer KCM (44) announced that he and his wife are living apart in separate rooms.
On the 3rd, a video titled "The Reason This Couple Lives Apart" was released on YouTube channel 'KCM'.
In the video, KCM said they have been living apart for nine months, stating, "Actually, my wife and I didn't understand why couples would live in separate rooms. But there are physical situations where it's not possible."
They explained that caring for their third child, born last December, makes it difficult for the couple to sleep together.
KCM added, "When the baby cries, doesn't everyone get tired? We're living apart due to unavoidable circumstances. I prefer sleeping comfortably next to my wife, but with parenting taking its toll, she's become busy too. It naturally led us to separate rooms, but I have no plans to continue this arrangement."
His wife said, "It won't be long now," and added, "Our daughter might say, 'I want to sleep alone now. Please leave.'" Upon hearing this, KCM expressed regret, saying, "Sometimes I feel sad thinking she'll say she wants to sleep alone. Time is passing too quickly."
KCM had his first daughter with his wife, who was nine years younger and whom he was dating in 2012. Due to KCM's military service and business failures, the couple did not hold a wedding ceremony but legally registered their marriage in 2021. They welcomed their second daughter in 2022 and their third son last year.
KCM explained that he only disclosed these facts in March last year, as business failures left him with debt, causing the truth about his marriage and children to come out late.
