Actor Song Jong-ho (50) shared an update about his current life running a meat restaurant.
Song Jong-ho appeared on the SBS variety show "My Unpretty Little Rhythm," which aired on the 11th, alongside his mother to participate in the show's "group blind date" segment.
On that day's broadcast, Song Jong-ho introduced himself at a gathering where he met the blind date candidate and their parents, accompanied by his mother, Lee Kyung-soon.

Lee Kyung-soon introduced her son, Song Jong-ho, saying, "My son was born in 1976," and added, "His representative drama is 'Reply 1997,' which he filmed alongside Seo In-guk and Jung Eun-ji."
She continued, "My son has not been able to work on a project for over three years. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. My heart ached so much. He must have faced financial difficulties, but my son never showed any signs of it. When I asked him how he was doing, he would say he was fine. He is such a kind son."
She then added, "He has now opened a meat restaurant in Samsung-dong and is working hard to recover financially. If you become our in-laws, my son will provide beef for free anytime," which drew laughter.
Song Jong-ho debuted as a model in 1995 and made his acting debut in the MBC sitcom "Jump" in 1999. He appeared in dramas such as "Surgeon Bong Dal-hee," "Golden Bride," and "Will It Snow on Christmas?" In 2012, he gained much love for playing Yoon Tae-woong, the homeroom teacher of Sung Si-won (played by Jung Eun-ji) in the tvN drama "Reply 1997."
