The Korea Institute for Artificial Intelligence (NIA) announced on the 31st that it will recruit 20 new employees for the second half of 2026 to secure key talents for the era of artificial intelligence.
This recruitment will select 20 new regular and fixed-term general staff members.
Through open competitive recruitment, NIA will select a total of 20 people: 19 in four areas—management administration, AI policy and digital inclusion, AI project planning and management, and global cooperation—and one person in the area of personal information protection to strengthen institutional investors' personal information capabilities.
Among these, the AI policy and digital inclusion, and AI project planning and management fields will focus on recruiting talents who can understand and utilize artificial intelligence technology and data, while other fields will hire professionals with expertise required for each job.
Applications will be accepted from September 7 to 14 via the NIA recruitment website. After document screening, written exams, and first and second-round interviews, final candidates will be selected.
Kim Hyeong-cheol (Director) stated, "We aim to select challenging talents who will work together to build the three major AI powerhouses through this recruitment," adding, "We will create an environment where employees continuously grow within NIA, which earns public trust through expertise."
