Actor Son Tae-young, wife of actor Kwon Sang-woo, expressed concern over her high school senior son Luke-hee's upcoming SAT, saying he is focusing on soccer instead.
On Sunday, a video titled "What Happened When Son Tae-young, Who Only Did Housework, Appeared at a New York Hanbok Fashion Show" was released on the YouTube channel 'Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young'.
In the video, Son appeared with makeup for the fashion show, surprising an acquaintance. The acquaintance asked about Luke-hee's well-being, saying, "Luke-hee got so dark from tanning."
Son said, "He became like that as soon as he started soccer," and added, "His injuries haven't healed yet, but he has the passion to play even when it hurts," conveying Luke-hee's extraordinary dedication to soccer.
In particular, Son said, "He's a high school senior; is this the time? It's not the time to go all-in on soccer; I'm worried," and added, "High school seniors shouldn't be happy. The school coaches have all changed, so it's even more challenging. Why do they call them 'high school seniors'? They say it five times a week." She then sighed.
In particular, Son said, "The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test for U.S. college admission) was today. But he kept playing soccer all week. Of course, he studies on his own at home. But as parents..." She sighed again, drawing laughter.

Son married actor Kwon in 2008 and welcomed her son Luke-hee the following year. In 2015, she gave birth to her daughter Lee-ho. The family currently resides in New Jersey, United States.
