"I often slept with Heo Kyung-hwan," Married Female Comedian 'Reveals'

Female comedian Sung Hyeon-ju revealed that she had once slept together with male comedian Heo Kyung-hwan at her home, astonishing the participants.

Sung Hyeon-ju shared an anecdote from her early days as a rookie on KBS's 'Gag Concert' in the web variety show 'Cheap Guy Shin Dong-yeop,' released on the 28th.

According to Sung Hyeon-ju, the two worked together on 'Korea's Perfect Man' in 2007. At the time, the assigned writer gave them a card for a meal after practice ended. However, if practice finished too early, they felt awkward about using the card immediately, so they reportedly spent their time sleeping at Sung Hyeon-ju's home located in front of the broadcasting station.

Upon hearing this, Shin Dong-yeop was shocked, asking, "Are you really going to tell that story now?" Heo Kyung-hwan also appeared flustered and began to explain. However, Sung Hyeon-ju cut off Heo Kyung-hwan's words and firmly stated, "We slept," eliciting laughter.

When Heo Kyung-hwan asked, "What am I supposed to do if you say 'we slept'?" Sung Hyeon-ju explained the situation at the time, saying, "Oppa Kyung-hwan slept on the floor, and I took a nap in the bed."

Sung Hyeon-ju also shared an anecdote about discovering Heo Kyung-hwan's 'sock insoles.' She had put the socks Heo Kyung-hwan had taken off into the washing machine along with her own laundry, and reported that the machine shook violently.

She stated, "The washing machine was shaking so hard it almost broke," and revealed that while checking the cause, she found a large insole inside Heo Kyung-hwan's ankle socks.

Sung Hyeon-ju and Heo Kyung-hwan debuted as KBS 22nd-generation public recruitment comedians in 2007 and worked together on 'Gag Concert.' Sung Hyeon-ju married in 2011 and lost her firstborn son in 2020. Subsequently, after undergoing in-vitro fertilization treatment, she welcomed her second child, a daughter, last year.
