Actresses Lee Woo-jin (34) and Cha Kyung-eun (28) will hold their wedding ceremony in November.
On the 6th, representatives for Lee Woo-jin and Cha Kyung-eun officially announced that they would hold their wedding ceremony on November 14 at a location in Seoul.
Lee Woo-jin posted on her Instagram, "In my 20s, I became an actress, and this year, in my 30s, I became a director, which had been a long-held dream of mine. My final dream was to meet someone who makes me want to dedicate my life to them," adding, "Kyung-eun is the person I most want to talk to first at the end of a busy day."
Lee Woo-jin described her as "a grateful person who taught me that creating miracles can surprisingly be achieved with just one warm word," and expressed her affection by saying, "Actively thinking about 'forever' like this is a wonderful experience I will never have again in my life. That is why I decided to become family with this person."
She added, "From now on, we will cherish each other and live well. I will continue to work diligently both as an actress and as a director. I would be grateful if you could warmly celebrate our new beginning with a friend and reliable companion who is something that happens only once in a lifetime."
Cha Kyung-eun also posted wedding photos and a video on the same day, writing, "For a long time, building a happy family had been my biggest goal, and I have met a precious connection to make a new beginning," adding, "I will strive to show you good appearances both as a good actress and as an individual who builds and lives in a family. I would be grateful if you could bless our new beginning with warm hearts."
The two formed their bond through Lee Woo-jin's first directorial work, "Cast Me If You See the Way!" They have been dating with marriage in mind since around June.
The ceremony will be held privately. Lee Woo-jin's side stated, "Please understand that we are not disclosing specific details out of consideration for family and guests."
As a result, actor Lee Hyo-jeong, Lee Woo-jin's father, will meet his daughter-in-law. Lee Hyo-jeong also appeared in "Cast Me If You See the Way!"
