Actress and singer Suzy (32, real name Bae Su-ji) purchased a residential facility in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with a maximum sale price reaching the 40 billion won range.
According to TenAsia on Thursday, Suzy recently signed a purchase contract for 'L'ARBRE 27,' a high-end residential facility being built in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
'L'ARBRE 27' consists of two buildings spanning from five basement levels to seven above-ground floors, accommodating only 27 units. It is characterized by its emphasis on privacy and an independent living environment. The sale price is known to range from the 14 billion won tier up to the 40 billion won tier for the top-floor Super Penthouse.
Although it has not yet been completed, it was reported that actors Shin Se-kyung and Jang Keun-suk, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, and broadcaster Seo Jang-hoon have signed purchase contracts.
