The story of a woman who only learned she was pregnant on the day of delivery has been revealed.

On the episode aired on the 2nd, a 29-year-old wife and her 30-year-old husband, who have been married for four years, appeared as an "SOS couple" on MBC variety show "Oh Eun-young Report: Marriage Hell."

On the broadcast, the wife said, "I had no idea I was pregnant for nine months. I experienced absolutely no pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness or fetal movement." She added, "Because I have polycystic ovary syndrome, my period only came once every one to two years. So I did not think it was strange that I was not menstruating."

The wife, who weighed 43 kilograms when she first met her husband, said that both of them gained weight while living together, so she did not attribute the weight gain to pregnancy. It was also reported that she had been prescribed and taking diet pills from July to September.

However, even after losing 12 kilograms, reducing her weight from 85 kilograms to 73 kilograms, the fat on her belly did not go away. The wife said she felt a hard lump every time she touched her abdomen and believed she had uterine or ovarian cancer.

Afterwards, the wife, who had been suffering from severe lower back pain, felt something unusual while straining in the bathroom. The wife recounted, "My stomach hurt, so I pushed to have a bowel movement, but I felt like something was coming out. But when I looked at the toilet, there was nothing."

Upon hearing this, Dr. Oh Eun-young said, "It seems a foot came out," explaining that the baby's foot had emerged first. In fact, the wife revealed that at the time, the baby was in a breech position with legs crossed, so her belly did not show as much compared to other pregnant women.

The wife, who went to the emergency room of a women's hospital with her husband, finally learned she was pregnant. The wife said, "The lump I could feel in my belly was the baby's head, and I was already 35 weeks pregnant." She added, "I became a mother just 30 minutes after arriving at the hospital."

Due to the sudden delivery, the wife had difficulty accepting the child. The wife confessed, "As soon as I came to my senses after the surgery, I looked for my dog first and said 'Let's give the baby up for adoption' second." She added, "I was in pain, so I did not see the baby until I went to a postpartum care center."

The wife, who has worked as a makeup artist specializing in movie prosthetics, confessed, "I lived with the self-esteem of having a job and earning well, but suddenly I became a mother." She added, "At that time, I don't think I could really feel affection for the baby."
