Doosan Enerbility announced that nine of the ten employees rescued from the flood site in Nepal returned home on the afternoon of the 31st.
Upon their return, they underwent health checks before reuniting with their families. The remaining one among the rescued personnel, the site manager, stayed behind to provide maximum support for search operations.
Doosan Enerbility explained that the employees were physically and mentally exhausted after experiencing sudden disaster and isolation. Respecting the employees' wishes, the company plans to minimize external contact and support them in reuniting with their families to regain stability.
Doosan Enerbility stated, "There are still six colleagues we cannot reach, and families anxiously waiting for their safe return. The company will prioritize search and rescue efforts and concentrate all its resources on these tasks."
