With singer Solbi set to marry actor Lee Kyu-han next year, a post he left on social media two weeks ago is being re-examined.
Solbi's agency, Gian Castle, announced through an official statement on the 15th that "the couple plans to hold their wedding in April of next year."
The two recently met with both families for a formal introduction ceremony, and they plan to hold the wedding privately, inviting only family members from both sides, close relatives, and intimate friends.
Along with this, a post and photo that Solbi uploaded to her personal account on the 30th of last month are drawing attention.
The released photos captured Solbi celebrating her birthday in Krabi, Thailand. Against the backdrop of a beach with a blue sea stretching out, she posed wearing a pink birthday party hat, enjoying a leisurely time. In another photo, she was shown sitting in front of a birthday cake, hands clasped together and eyes closed, as if making a wish.
On her birthday, Solbi left a written expression of her hopes for the future. "I'm spending this year's birthday like this… I hope that next year it will be two of us, and the year after that, three of us," she wrote, revealing her desire to celebrate birthdays in a harmonious family together with a child after marriage.
Solbi, born in 1984, also revealed the fact of having frozen her eggs last year when she appeared on KBS 2TV's "The Problematic Kids of the Rooftop Room."
At the time, Solbi confided, "I did it three years ago, and I have two years left. It must be discarded after five years. Since only two years are left, I am seriously thinking about marriage."
