"Honey, is it okay to go out without a bra?"... Husband's reaction to Jang Yoon-ju's surprising question

Model and actress Jang Yoon-ju revealed her changed daily life after relocating to London, UK, for her husband's studies. She stated that she is challenging herself with new fashion choices, such as not wearing a bra, in addition to maintaining regular exercise and healthy eating habits.

On the 17th, a video capturing her daily life in London was released on Jang Yoon-ju's YouTube channel, "YOONJOUR Jang Yoon-ju."

Jang Yoon-ju moved her residence to London for her husband Jung Seung-min's studies. She stated, "I am now living a more regular and healthy life," adding, "I exercise three to four times a week and gradually incorporate strength training."

To maintain consistent exercise at home, she prepared yoga mats and dumbbells of different weights. She also brought the SNPE foam roller she used in Seoul to London.

Introducing the foam roller, Jang Yoon-ju said, "It is one of my favorite exercise tools, and I use it frequently."

She is also consistently running. Jang Yoon-ju said, "I think I run about four days a week," adding, "I think I walk at least 10,000 steps every day. That is the baseline."

She noted that her activity level naturally increased in London due to frequent use of public transportation and walking.

Her eating habits have also changed. While she frequently ordered delivery food in Korea, she stated that in London, she purchases necessary ingredients at supermarkets and cooks meals herself.

Jang Yoon-ju said, "I buy only what I need and prepare just the right amount, neither too much nor too little," adding, "I cook and eat about two meals a day at home." She added that high dining-out costs are also one of the reasons for eating at home.

Her clothing style has also changed. Jang Yoon-ju stated, "In Seoul, I mainly wore clean and simple designs, but here, I did not want to keep doing that," revealing that she is challenging herself with new styles.

In particular, she revealed, "There have been times when I went out without wearing a bra."

Following this, when she asked her husband Jung Seung-min, "Honey, is it okay to go out without a bra?" Jung Seung-min replied, "Many people here walk around like that."
