Jeon Ji-yoon (36), a web novel author and former member of the group 4Minute, will get married on the 22nd.
Jeon shared on her social media on Wednesday, "Everyone, I am getting married in November. The day when I can finally say the word 'marriage' about my life has arrived, and I feel both shy and excited."
According to MHN Sports, the ceremony will be held privately at a location in Seoul on the 22nd, with only family members from both sides and close acquaintances invited.
Regarding her fiancé, who is known to be a non-celebrity, Jeon expressed affection by saying, "My partner has a heart that is even more handsome and warm than mine."
She added, "I used to listen to carols every year-end to fully enjoy the excitement, but I don't think I will need to this year," and "Going forward, I will work hard as an author to write works and become a person who knows how to give love."
In response to Jeon's marriage announcement post, Heo Ga-yoon, also a former member of 4Minute, drew attention by leaving the comment, "Congratulations! Don't go. Still, congratulations! Don't leave."

Jeon debuted in 2009 with 4Minute's "Hot Issue" and was loved for numerous hit songs such as "What's Your Name?" and "Muzik." With this marriage, Jeon becomes the second member of 4Minute to get married. Previously, HyunA married Yong Jun-hyung, a former member of the group BEAST (now Highlight), in October 2024.
After 4Minute disbanded in 2016, Jeon has been active as a singer-songwriter. Recently, she revealed that she had been working as a web novel author without disclosing her pen name, sparking attention.
