Kim Ho-chang filmed a short video paying tribute to the deceased alongside those who worked together on 'Blue Tower.' They waved brightly at the camera and made heart hand gestures. Yet they could not hide their underlying sorrow, evoking a sense of choking grief.
Kim Ho-chang wrote, "Yong-ju hyung. A while ago, when I told my fellow actors that I was going to quit acting, you said this: 'Ho-chang, you're going to do well. Please don't give up, even if you are the youngest among the Tower family members. Go all the way.' You also said, 'My intuition is good.' I will trust you and go all the way."
He continued, "Please don't be sick there and be happy. You promised to have a glass of soju at my performance next month. I'll visit again soon to see you and your fellow actors. Blue Tower forever," conveying his longing for the deceased.
Kim Ho-chang and Lee Yong-ju appeared together in the tvN military sitcom 'Blue Tower' series, which aired from 2012 to 2014.
Earlier, on the 29th, Lee Yong-ju passed away suddenly at the age of 44. His cause of death was reported to be a heart attack.
Lee Yong-ju made his debut in 2004 with the film 'Doma Ahn Jung-geun' and appeared in MBC's 'Hello, Francesca' and 'Palace.' In particular, he received great love for playing the role of Shin Byeong Lee Yong-ju in the tvN series 'The Unlucky Young-ae' series and the 'Blue Tower' series.
The deceased was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy during his lifetime. During an interview while appearing on the 2013 tvN military sitcom 'Blue Tower,' he revealed that he had been granted a medical discharge from military service due to his condition.
