Singer Choi Jin-hee mentioned her remarried husband.
On KBS1's "Morning Market" aired on Tuesday, singers Choi Jin-hee, Chae Yoon, Na Sang-do, Mye Jin, Namgung Jin, Chu Hyeok-jin, and Im Chan appeared.
Choi revealed she once attended 13 events in a single day, surprising everyone.
Regarding her income at the time, Choi said, "Civil servants earned 40,000 to 50,000 won per month back then, yet even as an unknown artist, I made between 1.8 million and 2 million won monthly," leaving everyone stunned.
Announcer Park Cheol-gyu said, "You were earning about 40 to 50 times the civil servant salary at that time."

Choi said she fell in love with a man who was once her fan. She recalled, "My husband ran an event business. Whenever I went to an event, he was there; wherever I went, he was there."
She added, "At first, I didn't know if my husband liked me. Back then, they called me 'Princess, Princess,' but now it seems they don't like me much anymore. I went from being a princess to a lady-in-waiting, and now I'm just a servant girl. I think I heard the word 'Princess' for about 10 years," which drew laughter.
Choi said her husband was a great source of strength during her slump period. She shared, "There were about two years when I couldn't sing at all. My husband worked hard to calm me down on days I cried. Just thinking about it brings tears to my eyes," expressing deep affection.
Earlier, in the 2024 KBS1 program 'Let's Live Together with Park Won-sook,' Choi revealed that her daughter from her previous marriage recommended she remarry. Having remarried businessman Yoo Seung-jin, Choi noted that her husband paid off approximately 1.5 billion won of her debt on her behalf, calling him a "kind person," which drew attention.
Born in 1957, Choi debuted in 1983 with the song 'You Are My Life.' She has numerous hit songs including 'Labyrinth of Love,' 'You Are My Life,' 'Because of Lingering Feelings,' 'Little Doll,' 'Take It Away,' 'First Love,' and 'Splash.'
