Actor Nam Seong-jin, the son of actress Kim Yong-rim, shared a recent update on his 19-year-old son.
Actors Lee Han-wi, Kim Hee-jeong, Nam Seong-jin, and Kang Kyung-heon appeared on KBS 1TV's 'Good Morning,' which aired on the 6th.
On this day, Nam Seong-jin said of his mother, actress Kim Yong-rim, "I didn't know she was a superstar when I was young; she seemed like a superwoman. She worked a lot, but she also endured a great deal of hardship in her married life."
He continued, "As the second-generation only son, you can imagine how much I threw tantrums and begged to be taken out to play. There were many times when I told her not to go to filming, and she would cry while going to set. All-night shoots were also common back then. She always packed my school lunch herself."
A family photo of three generations was also revealed. In particular, the cast cheered at the sight of his handsome son.
Nam Seong-jin said, "My son also wants to study acting. I don't know if he will become an actor. He is much taller than me. My wife's family is large."
Nam Seong-jin married actress Kim Ji-young in 2004 and had a son, Nam Gyeong-mok, in 2008. Nam Gyeong-mok gained public recognition by appearing on the MBN variety show 'Modern Family' in 2019.
