Comedian Kim Jun-ho transformed into his female actress alter ego, "Jana-unni," and revealed every corner of his newlywed home, which boasts a Han River view.
Recently, a video titled "A former top star who returned from the U.S. after 10 years reveals her Han River-view home for the first time (It's been a while, fans) EP.1" was uploaded to the YouTube channel "The Returned Top Actress Jana-unni."
In the video, Kim transformed into his alter ego "Jana-unni," which utilizes the past catchphrase "~jana," and introduced his home.
As the production crew toured the house, they marveled at the expansive view. When a PD said, "No way, this place is right next to the Han River," Kim replied, "That's right. This is a Han River view."
With the home's scenery offering a close-up view of the Han River, attention also turned to the interior of the newlywed residence. A large bed was positioned in the center of the bedroom. When the production crew asked, "How much did the bed cost?" Kim answered, "What are you talking about? It costs more than 10 million won," surprising everyone.
Additionally, in response to a PD's compliment that "The house is really nice. It's spacious," Kim joked, "Why are you sweating so much? Wipe the floor before you leave," causing those around him to burst into laughter.
Kim and Kim Ji-min married in July 2025. The couple is expecting their first child, with a due date known to be February 2027. It has been reported that the baby will be a boy.
The newlywed home, secured through a jeonse (long-term lease) arrangement, is reportedly an LG Han River Xi apartment located in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. As of February this year, the jeonse market price for a unit with a floor area of 203 square meters (77-pyeong type) is approximately 2.6 billion won.
