Actress Hwang Jung-eum became the subject of dating rumors after sharing a photo taken with a man.
Hwang posted several photos on social media with the caption "Us Lately," Tuesday.
In the first photo, Hwang, wearing a black leather jacket, is seen standing side by side with a man in front of a mirror while taking a picture. The man, also dressed in a dark-colored jacket, posed naturally.
When one netizen asked, "Oh my, are you and your boyfriend in the first photo?", Hwang replied, "Just a male best friend."
Hwang also shared glimpses of her daily life, such as eating meals with her two sons or going out. She added the caption "Are you okay?" to a video of her living room filled with toys.
In February 2016, Hwang married Lee Young-don, a businessman and former professional golfer, and they had two sons. She filed for divorce mediation in 2020 but reconciled the following year.
However, in February 2024, she revealed that she was once again going through divorce proceedings. The divorce was finalized in May of last year.
In July 2024, while her divorce proceedings were ongoing, Hwang also acknowledged a romantic relationship with basketball player Kim Jong-gyu. She later announced their breakup two weeks after making the relationship public in August of the same year.
