Park Jung-jin, CEO of Space Studio, is set to make a public marriage proposal.
On the episode airing on the 28th of EBS's "Seo Jang-hoon's Next-Door Millionaire (hereinafter 'Millionaire')," Park Jung-jin, CEO who has built approximately 3,000 modular homes over the past 10 years and changed the landscape of home construction in South Korea, will appear.
The company operated by Park records monthly sales of 15 billion won, and its corporate value is reportedly as high as 240 billion won.
Around Park's factory, homes are lined up on display so that customers can tour and choose them directly. A variety of modular homes, from a 40-pyeong house consisting of a main building and an annex to a cozy 10-pyeong rural stay-type rest area, a two-story house with a terrace, and even a 100-pyeong mansion, capture the attention of Seo Jang-hoon and Jang Ye-won.
The two then head inside the home factory, which spans approximately 6,000 pyeong, equivalent to three soccer fields. They are left speechless by the sight of 41 robots efficiently handling even nail-driving tasks in place of humans. Seeing a module that was once an empty box gradually take shape into a completed house, Seo Jang-hoon exclaims, "This is truly a new world," pouring out his admiration.
Park, born in 1976 and exactly 50 years old, reveals that he is still single. He explains that he has been hesitant to leave an apartment because he thinks his future spouse might not prefer a detached house or might want to live in an apartment, and states that he lives alone in "The Penthouse," a 61-pyeong residence with four rooms and three bathrooms.
Last year, he also registered with a matchmaking agency and has been introduced to 18 people so far, but has not yet found a compatible partner. When Park Jung-jin confesses his ideal type, sighs erupt on the scene, and it is reported that Seo Jang-hoon eventually proposes a public marriage proposal.
The program airs at 9:55 p.m., Oct. 28.
