Actress Lee Mi-suk (66) confessed that she took losses after belatedly jumping into stock investment.
On Oct. 30, a video was released on the YouTube channel 'Lee Mi-suk_Mi-suk-ssi, the Refined One' showing Lee Mi-suk visiting a supermarket to do grocery shopping with her older sister, Lee Mi-kyung.
In the video, Lee Mi-suk told the production crew, "Don't touch me right now. Because of stocks, I am completely..." revealing her frustration.
She then joked, "The house I was going to buy is all gone," while smiling bitterly.
Lee said, "I never touched stocks in my life before, so why did I jump in at this late stage?" expressing regret over starting to invest so belatedly.
She added, "If you don't do stocks, it feels like you're a criminal. My ears are very thin [easily influenced], and I just can't stand seeing others make money. Even if I end up in total ruin," which drew laughter.

Afterward, Lee said, "Let's just buy some snacks," and bickered with the production crew.
When a member of the production team said, "I don't think we should film today," Lee Mi-suk turned to the camera and joked, "Dear subscribers, against my will, I'm going to take a week off. My mood is really uncomfortable right now," announcing she would stop filming.
Nevertheless, she gathered herself, saying, "I tried to take a week off, but it doesn't seem to work out. I need to work hard."
Meanwhile, Lee Mi-suk debuted in the entertainment industry by winning the Popularity Award at the 3rd Miss Lotte Pageant in 1978. She has since appeared in various works, including the dramas "Dal-dongne" and "East of Eden," and the films "Whale Hunting," "That Winter, the Wind Was Warm," and "Pom."
