Actress Jo Ye-jeong revealed her daily routine of morning exercise and healthy meals, even on days when she is not filming.
On the 29th of last month, a video featuring Jo Ye-jeong was released on the YouTube channel 'PDC by PDC'.
In the video, Jo Ye-jeong visited a cafe that she and Producer Park Hye-ryeong frequently enjoy.
Jo Ye-jeong, who usually enjoys coffee and desserts, scooped up a generous portion of tiramisu to eat with her drip coffee, repeatedly exclaiming, "It's really delicious."
She shared, "I came here while filming was in progress and was torn about having dessert. It looked delicious. But after one bite, it was so good that I finished eating, went back to my room, and exercised."

Jo Ye-jeong also spoke about her morning exercise and meal menu for that day.
She said, "I got up today and swam for about 20 minutes," adding, "If I do it too long, the marks from my goggles show up, and I can't film." She then introduced the breakfast she had after exercising, saying, "I hurried home and ate a slice of rice toast and some eggs like this before coming here."
Producer Park remarked with admiration, "So you keep eating healthy food even when you're not filming."
Jo Ye-jeong, who attended the Venice Film Festival, New York Film Festival, Busan Film Festival, and London Film Festival over the past month, explained that this was self-management for her continuous schedule.
Jo Ye-jeong said, "It's a bit too much to go very far," explaining that she maintains a light diet to the extent that she can lose weight.
When Producer Park asked, "How many kilograms can you lose? 1 kilogram?" Jo Ye-jeong replied, "Since my build is so small, 1 kilogram is not just any 1 kilogram. People with small builds like mine will understand." She added, "When I say 1 kilogram, my friends say things like, 'Are you making a big deal out of that?' But there's nothing I can do about it."
20 Minutes of Morning Swimming… Diet Consists of Eggs and Rice Toast
Swimming, which Jo Ye-jeong chose as her morning exercise, is an aerobic activity that utilizes water resistance to engage full-body muscles. It uses various muscles such as the shoulders, back, arms, and legs, and can help improve cardiopulmonary endurance and develop overall muscle strength.
The eggs and rice toast that Jo Ye-jeong ate after exercising are a solid combination that allows for the intake of both complex carbohydrates and protein.
Eggs are an excellent source of protein, playing a crucial role in post-exercise muscle recovery and maintenance. Protein is digested slowly, which also helps maintain a feeling of fullness.
Rice toast is gluten-free, making it easy to digest and gentle on the stomach. It is rich in complex carbohydrates, which raise blood sugar relatively gradually and help sustain a feeling of fullness for a longer period.
