Kim debuted in 2001 as a KBS public recruitment comedian of the 16th cohort. He gained popularity with the "Dancer Kim" character on the "Bongshungahakdang" segment of KBS2's "Gag Concert."
After transitioning to become a YouTuber and beauty creator, Kim completed a hair designer course at a beauty academy in 2024 and announced that he had obtained a cosmetology license, sparking attention.
Currently, Kim has suspended his YouTube activities and is running a solo beauty salon in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. It is known that Kim offers not only hair treatments but also personal color diagnosis and makeup consulting.
