Singer Sung Si-kyung expressed concern that actress Ha Ji-won's habit of casually touching men could be misunderstood.
A video titled "Don't You Need at Least One Person Like This in Your Life? An Honest Conversation Between Ji-won and Sung Si-kyung" was uploaded to the YouTube channel "26th Grade Ji-won" on Nov. 5.
It showed Ha and Sung drinking together and talking about various topics.
During their conversation, Ha lightly tapped Sung on the arm. Seeing this, Sung said, "Don't do that shoulder tapping too often. Men can get the wrong idea. It's a risky habit."
He meant that casual physical contact, even without any particular intention, could be interpreted by the other person as a sign of romantic interest.
Sung then jokingly added, "I don't think Ha Ji-won does it with any ulterior motive." Ha laughed and replied, "I'm learning a lot. You really made me sweat."

The two also discussed the kind of relationship in which they could be a source of strength for each other.
Sung told Ha, "It is good to have a younger sibling like me. You may not take care of younger siblings, but you take good care of senior colleagues. Make small requests too. There should be people like that in the world."
In response, Ha said, "That is so nice," and expressed gratitude by adding, "I am the type who becomes completely comfortable once we connect on a personal level, but it takes time to get there."
Sung alleviated her burden by saying, "It does not matter if it takes time. There is no need for it to be that way either."
Ha said, "I really do reach out. I do it if I think it is genuine," and Sung responded, "Do it genuinely."
Ha Ji-won was born in 1978, and Sung Si-kyung was born in 1979, making the two one year apart in age. Ha Ji-won has been operating a YouTube channel since March last month and currently has approximately 130,000 subscribers.
