Stephanie (39), a member of the group Chunghamjihee The Grace, revealed details of her relationship with Brady Anderson (62), a former Major League player.
On the 21st, a video featuring Stephanie as a guest was uploaded to Tak Jae-hoon's YouTube channel.
In the video, Stephanie explained about her partner Anderson, saying, "He was a batter for the Baltimore Orioles. We first met in 2013 and started dating during the coronavirus pandemic. Because I couldn't enter Korea due to the pandemic, we naturally began dating."
She continued, "(My boyfriend) reportedly has never drunk alcohol or smoked in his life. He can drink but absolutely does not. He also exercises constantly, so his body is incredibly solid. He walks around almost naked at home. He wears a towel, at least," drawing attention.
When Tak Jae-hoon asked, "Isn't there a saying that once you date a foreign man, he is so sweet and takes good care of you that you can't go back to Korean men?" Stephanie replied, "No. Korean men are sweeter. They have cute aspects even as they age."
In response to the question, "Have you ever felt a generational gap with Anderson, who is 23 years older?" Stephanie said, "Since he is American, that doesn't exist. Don't East Asian regions obsess over age? My boyfriend also said, 'Why do Koreans talk about age in every interview?' In America, talking about age is rude."
Stephanie, who debuted as a member of the group Chunghamjihee The Grace in April 2005, has also been active as a solo singer and musical actress. She currently runs a K-pop academy and a ballet academy. Her partner Anderson is currently working as a hitting coach for the Los Angeles Angels.
