Actress Sa Mi-ja (86) recalled Lee Jae-yong, chairman of Samsung Electronics, from her middle school days.
On the 19th, a video titled "Could such happiness ever come again in Sa Mi-ja's life? It brings tears to my eyes" was posted on Sa Mi-ja's YouTube channel 'Not Omi-ja, but Sa Mi-ja'.
In the video, Sa Mi-ja and her husband were shown enjoying a dinner date at a five-star hotel restaurant.
When the production team asked, "Do you ever eat at a place like this?" her husband Kim Kwan-soo replied, "We've been to most decent hotels. I think we went about once a week for three years."
Kim Kwan-soo said, "Sa Mi-ja was an exclusive talent for TBC. Because she had a striking appearance, she was not allowed to appear on other broadcasting stations. The TBC chairman loved her very much and always invited her to parties held at hotels on his birthday." He shared memories of the past.

She continued, "(Chairman Lee Jae-yong's) face from when he was in the third year of middle school still comes to mind. I still have a motherly feeling toward him in my heart."
Born in 1940, Sa Mi-ja debuted as a voice actor for Dong-A Broadcasting System's first class in 1963 and switched to acting after becoming a special talent for TBC in 1966. Her husband Kim Kwan-soo is also a former KBS public recruitment talent.
