Former short track national team athlete Gong Sang-jeong and surgeon Seo Min-hyung, who successfully reunited through TVING's dating variety program "Transfer Love 3," have tied the knot.
Gong announced on her social media (SNS) on Sunday that she had married Seo Min-hyung.
Attendees at the couple's wedding included Lee Seo-kyung, Lee Ju-won, Choi Chang-jin, and Lee Yu-jeong, who had appeared together in "Transfer Love 3," offering their congratulations for their future.
The program's production team also attended as guests. Sharing photos from the wedding on SNS, the team sent blessings with the message: "The first married couple of 'Transfer Love'."
Gong is a third-generation ethnic Chinese from Taiwan who acquired South Korean nationality in 2011 and went on to compete as a short track national team athlete, winning a gold medal in the women's 3000m relay at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.
Seo is a surgeon who graduated from Chung-Ang University College of Medicine.
The two appeared on "Transit Love 3," which aired in 2023, as an ex-couple who had broken up, and by choosing to reunite, they became the final couple.
