Tom Cruise plays the lead role of "Digger Rockwell," promising a radical transformation as he takes on the character of a white-haired elderly man with a capricious temperament who causes a disaster that plunges the world into chaos.
Above all, this visit drew attention as it marked Tom Cruise's 13th trip to Korea. Since his first visit in 1994 for the film "Interview with the Vampire," Tom Cruise has visited Korea for "Mission: Impossible II" in 2000, "Vanilla Sky" in 2001, "Valkyrie" in 2008, "Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol" in 2011, "Jack Reacher" in 2015, "Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation" in 2015, "Jack Reacher: Never Go Back" in 2016, "Mission: Impossible – Fallout" in 2018, "Top Gun: Maverick" in 2022, "Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning" in 2023, and "Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning" in 2025.
