Broadcaster Kang Ho-dong showcased his enduring friendship with Lee Seung-gi while also expressing his sense of regret.
On the 4th, Lee Seung-gi revealed in a YouTube video that he was calling acquaintances to seek content ideas.
In the video, Lee Seung-gi called his close friend Kang Ho-dong.
When Lee Seung-gi asked, "I've started doing YouTube on a small scale. Do you know about it?", Kang Ho-dong honestly replied, "No, I don't," eliciting laughter.
Lee Seung-gi said, "I started quietly without anyone knowing. That's why I also filmed with Su-geun hyung recently." He then asked for ideas by saying, "I had a meeting with my YouTube team today, but is there any content that you, who have known me best since I was young, would think 'Lee Seung-gi is good at this' or 'He would do well if he did this'?"
Kang Ho-dong responded to this as well with "I don't know," adding to the laughter. He then expressed his regret for not being able to appear in person, saying, "If it were up to me, I'd go on your YouTube channel and help boost your profile."
Hearing this, Lee Seung-gi said, "That is absolutely not why I called you. It's just that once I actually started, I wasn't sure what to do."
Kang Ho-dong conveyed his desire to help by saying, "Even if nothing comes to mind right now, if any ideas pop up, I'll send you a text message," drawing attention.
Lee Seung-gi and Kang Ho-dong first formed their bond through the KBS variety show "2 Days & 1 Night." They later appeared together on SBS's "Strong Heart," tvN's "New Journey to the West," and TV Chosun's "If We're Brothers," among others.
