Broadcaster Jung Mi-nyeo voiced her concerns about her husband Jeon Min-gi’s relationships with women.
On the episode of MBN’s “Sokpuri Show Dongchimi” aired on the 7th, the couple Jeon Min-gi and Jung Mi-nyeo presented their issue to a global panel for advice.
During the broadcast, Jung Mi-nyeo shared her worries under the title “My Husband’s Woman Problem.”
She revealed, “The title may be sensational, but he really does cause many problems regarding women. What I mean is that since our dating days, he has frequently met with female friends in social settings. He also has many younger sisters he looks after.”
She added, “From our dating period through our married life, and even now, he goes out to meet female colleagues two or three times a week. I suppose he will continue meeting his female friends until the day he dies.”
When Lee Hong-ryeol asked, “He hasn’t caused any major problems yet, has he?” Jung Mi-nyeo replied, “If he actually caused a problem, I would make a decision,” expressing that she was more troubled by the ambiguous nature of his relationships with women.
Jeon Min-gi, who had been listening to Jung Mi-nyeo’s concerns, said, “If I worked at a shipyard, I would have been meeting male colleagues. There are simply too many female writers and PDs in the broadcasting industry. It is not that we meet for fun. How else would I have ended up here? That older sister put me in this position,” which drew laughter from the studio.
He added, “Many people know that Jung Mi-nyeo is my wife. In fact, female colleagues often ask me first, ‘Does your sister-in-law (Jung Mi-nyeo) know you are seeing me?’”
Jung Mi-nyeo and Jeon Min-gi married in 2015 and have a son.
