Hyung Ho Hi-Tech, a specialized manufacturer of electrospinning machines, announced on the 30th that it unveiled its research-grade electrospinning system 'NANOS-ELEGANCE,' based on three-axis spinning, for the first time at the 'Korea Life Science Week 2026' event held on the 21st and 22nd of last month at Seoul COEX.
The product is designed to enable the simultaneous spinning of different materials using a single piece of equipment, allowing for the realization of multi-layered and composite nano-fiber structures. The core feature is the three-axis spinning system. By applying a drum collector and three syringe pumps, it handles various process configurations, from single spinning to multi-layer stacking and composite spinning, within one machine. The spinning distance is automatically and precisely adjusted, ensuring consistent process conditions for each experiment.
It features an All-in-One structure that allows for a wide range of options depending on the research environment, taking detailed process configurations into consideration. It also addresses the 'visibility issue,' which is a major concern in electrospinning research. The formation status of the Taylor Cone can be monitored in real time via a nozzle camera, and it is equipped with both a 15-inch main touch display and a 7-inch auxiliary screen, allowing users to manage everything from setting process conditions to saving and managing recipes at a glance.
Another highlight is the top swing lift door, which improves accessibility to the chamber interior. The built-in utility shelf allows for the immediate organization of experimental tools and auxiliary materials within the equipment. Safety design is included in the standard specifications. A sealed chamber and exhaust LINE connection ports are applied as standard. Reliability in research environments handling high voltage is ensured through multiple safety devices, including door interlocks, overcurrent protection, and emergency stops.
Through this exhibition, Hyung Ho Hi-Tech also introduced 'NANOS-MOD,' which allows users to configure the system by selecting only the necessary options, and 'NANOS-BASIC,' which contains only the core functions of electrospinning research. A company official stated, "We have established a LINEUP that responds step-by-step, from beginner researchers to those studying multi-layered structures," adding, "Going forward, we will support research and process development in the field of electrospinning technology by developing equipment tailored to research purposes and process conditions."
Meanwhile, Hyung Ho Hi-Tech is a specialized manufacturer that directly designs and produces electrospinning machines and electrospinning systems. It develops and manufactures everything from research-grade electrospinning machines tailored to research purposes and process conditions to customized systems based on customer requirements. The company provides services ranging from technical consulting on electrospinning processes to equipment design and production, on-site installation and commissioning, as well as user training and technical support.
