HectoData, a data-focused company, has introduced a platform that simplifies the processing of public and tax-related document submissions and management.
On the 28th, HectoData announced the launch of its document submission and management platform, 'Document ON.' Document ON integrates multiple institutional investors such as Home Tax, Government 24, and Supreme Court to enhance corporate document efficiency and customer convenience.
Document ON is a platform that unifies the entire process—from requesting necessary documents to their submission and management—into one system. With a wide range of available documents, it can be utilized by companies across various sectors, including tax firms and financial institutions, that request document submissions from customers.
When a company needing to receive documents from customers sends an instruction link via Document ON, the customer completes identity verification. Subsequently, the required documents are automatically submitted from the institutional investor to the company through the system. Automating document submission reduces the likelihood of customers submitting incorrect documents and lowers the risk of document forgery or alteration.
Convenience is also improved for customers. Previously, they had to obtain necessary documents directly, download the files, and resubmit them to the company. With Document ON, simply completing identity verification via simple authentication or a common certification certificate through the link sent by the company automatically links and submits the required documents, finalizing the submission process.
Companies can also manage the progress of document-related tasks for each customer at a glance. By integrating the management of document requests and receipt status, companies can reduce repetitive tasks such as guiding customers on required submissions and confirming submissions, while accelerating processing speeds.
Currently, Document ON supports 30 types of public and tax documents. To commemorate its launch, it offers free support for up to 20 documents during the first month of registration. HectoData plans to continuously expand the range of integrated institutional investors and supported documents according to the operational needs of participating companies, aiming to further streamline document requests and management for diverse businesses.
