At the "APEC Summit Venue Memorial Hall Opening Ceremony" held at Gyeongju Expo Grand Park on Saturday, RESCENE performed a celebratory show.
On that day, Woni's expression suddenly stiffened during the "Runway" stage performance, and she appeared to be on the verge of tears. She then hurriedly went down from the stage.
Prior to this, during a conversation segment in the middle of the performance, Woni was seen pulling at her outfit multiple times as if it were tightening, raising concerns among fans.
Despite Woni's sudden departure, the remaining members continued the performance by covering Woni's parts as well. After returning to the stage, Woni completed the rest of the show with her members, and fans gave them a round of applause in support.
The cause of the breathing difficulty was reportedly an overly tight outfit. At the time, she was wearing a corset-style outfit, which had shrunk significantly during the washing process.
Woni later explained through her fan communication channel, "I should have tried on and checked the original outfit, but I didn't try it on, so I didn't know." She added, "I sent it out for cleaning, and it shrank enormously."
She continued, "Since I couldn't perform alone in casual clothes, I decided to just wear it as is and do the stage. But I couldn't breathe. I was very shocked."
