Singer Lee Eun-mi (60) revealed that she had even been asked to undergo a re-test in the past due to suspicions of drug use.
On the 2nd, Lee Eun-mi appeared on Sung Si-kyung's YouTube channel for an interview. In the video, Lee said, "I am going on a nationwide tour from this month through June next year, and after thinking about where I should announce it, I decided it would be good to do it together with Mr. Sung Si-kyung, so I came out."
Lee Eun-mi, who has an Introverted (I) personality type, shared, "I am very shy, timid, and easily scared," adding, "On the concert stage, I joke well, act cute to the audience, dance instinctively, and run around freely, but I still feel a bit uncomfortable on television broadcasts."
She stated, "My personality has changed a lot through my activities," explaining, "I am the type who throws myself into the music once it starts." In response, Sung Si-kyung empathized, saying, "Many actors are also introverted. It seems important to have time to delve into one's inner self after expressing oneself outwardly."
Lee Eun-mi, who received suspicions of drug use due to her contrasting appearance on stage, said, "There are times when I show a kind of madness on stage, and because my eyes roll back slightly, people said 'You can't do that without taking psychotropic drugs,' so I was investigated several times."
She added, "(At the time) the investigator looked at me with an expression like 'There is no way this person isn't using it' and requested a re-test," while drawing a clear line by stating, "I am someone who does not drink alcohol when singing."
