Actress Kim Hye-soo was captured kneeling at the wake of the late Choi Bul-am to organize the shoes of mourners. She was also seen personally looking after Kim Min-ja, Choi Bul-am's wife.

Kim Hye-soo, who arrived at the wake dressed in a black suit and coat, entered while trying to hold back her tears. During the mourning period, she was eventually unable to stop her flowing tears.
Subsequently, Kim Hye-soo personally greeted mourners with a 90-degree bow. In particular, she was seen guarding the wake by kneeling down to neatly arrange the shoes left behind by mourners.

The bond between Kim Hye-soo and Choi Bul-am began with the 1987 drama "Lament for a Mother." After portraying a mother-daughter duo with Kim Min-ja in the work, the two maintained a long-standing relationship.
Kim Hye-soo was known to have a special bond with Choi Bul-am, calling him "father" on a regular basis.
Choi Bul-am passed away around 10:30 p.m. on the night of the 29th while receiving treatment at a hospital in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. He was 87 years old.
The late man's funeral will be held for five days under the auspices of the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation. The departure ceremony is scheduled for 7:00 a.m. on November 2. Following this, a funeral mass will be conducted at Yeouido Cathedral in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, presided over by Cardinal Nham Soo-jeong. The burial site is Donghwa Memorial Park in Paju, Gyeonggi Province.
