Two men in their 60s who knew each other were found dead after stabbing one another in Mokdong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul.
According to NEWSIS on the 8th, fire authorities responded to a report around 4 a.m. that two men in their 60s had been stabbed and collapsed in Mokdong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul. One was reported to have suffered a stab wound to the right side of his neck, while the other sustained an injury to his abdomen.
Firefighters performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and transported both men to a hospital, but both ultimately died.
Police believe the two men knew each other. It is reported that no other suspects or witnesses were present at the scene besides the two men at the time of the incident.
Police have requested an autopsy from the National Forensic Service and plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the case.
