Shin Ji (44) of the mixed-gender group Coyote shared her updated condition after starting strength training.
On the 23rd, a video titled "Was car washing this hard..? I tried self-washing for the first time in my life!" was uploaded to Shin Ji's YouTube channel.
That day, visiting a self-service car wash with her husband, singer Moon Won, Shin Ji said, "This is my very first Navy Headquarters car wash since birth," and added, "Since I usually ride in scheduled cars, I rarely use my personal car, so it was really clean."
Shin Ji, who began the self-service car wash in earnest, showed skillful cleaning despite being a beginner. However, while wiping off snow foam with a wet mop, she complained, "Why is hand washing so hard? I'm running out of strength. The weight of the water-soaked mop is enormous."
When Shin Ji said, "I've gained some weight recently," Moon Won, watching from the side, chimed in, "You've gained 5 kg recently." Shin Ji then retorted indignantly, "What are you talking about? I've gained up to 20 kg," and Moon Won laughed, saying, "That's why I nearly died from the effort."
Earlier, Shin Ji received a diagnosis that her Inbody measurement was impossible due to her Han (Rep.) body type. At 164 cm tall and weighing 43 kg, she revealed that she recently started strength training after medical staff told her, "You have no muscles at all. You need to maintain a weight in the early 50s."
