Comedian Lee Sun-min revealed an anecdote about incidents he experienced due to his mature appearance since middle school.
On the 11th, comedian Lee Sun-min and singer Code Kunst appeared as guests on the JTBC variety show "Please Take Care of My Fridge."
During the broadcast, it was revealed that Lee Sun-min, born in 1988, is 10 years younger than writer Kim Pung and 16 years younger than chef Edward Lee, surprising the cast.
Acknowledging his mature appearance, Lee Sun-min said, "It feels like I am living life 1.7 times faster than others." He added, "I often heard when I was young that 'a face like yours becomes an advantage as you age; eventually, you will look younger.' However, I have proven that to be false. I age twice as fast as others. There is a law of acceleration for looking older," which drew laughter.
He also shared an anecdote from his middle school days. Lee Sun-min recalled, "When I was in the first year of middle school, I paid 1,000 won on the bus, but they charged me the adult fare." He continued, "When I said I was a student, the driver stared at me for a while and then said, 'Don't lie to me, young man. All the other passengers are sitting in the back.'" He added, "Looking at photos from that time, it is not so unfair. At first glance, I look like I am the same age as my father."
Indeed, Lee Sun-min's middle school graduation photo, revealed on the broadcast, drew attention for showing a much more mature appearance than his peers.
