In the era of AI (artificial intelligence), there are more points where systems can stop than ever before. Orchestro's full-stack infrastructure ensures that customers' services never stop for even a moment.
Kim Young-kwang , CEO and CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of Orchestra, said on the 28th at 'OPUS 2026' held at COEX in Seoul Gangnam-gu that the core competitiveness in the AI era is "not the AI model anymore, but the continuity of AI services and the completeness of decision-making."
It is explained that as generative AI spreads, the benchmark for AI competitiveness is shifting from model performance or securing GPUs (graphics processing units) to infrastructure software capabilities that enable stable operation of actual services and rapid response to business changes. This is because, amid vast data enabling AI to repeatedly perform learning and inference while continuously generating new workloads, virtual machines (VMs), containers (application execution environments), multi-cloud, HYBE-read cloud, and AI infrastructure are connecting as a single complex system, significantly increasing the number of potential points where failures can occur.
Orchestro unveiled its next-generation AI full-stack strategy, "Orchestro 4.0," to respond to these changes. The core of this initiative is the complete restructuring of the entire process—from software planning, development, and verification to service delivery and technical support—on an AX (artificial intelligence transformation) basis, leveraging operational data accumulated from version 3.0.
The existing "Orchestra 3.0" is a full-stack software that integrates various solutions required for building and operating AI infrastructure, including server virtualization (VM), cloud operations management, multi- and HYBE-led cloud management, AI inference, generative AI, and disaster recovery (DR), into a single platform. Through this, companies can operate their AI infrastructure on a unified platform without having to build multiple solutions individually.
The newly unveiled "Orchestra 4.0" is a next-generation platform that combines operational data accumulated in customer environments with artificial intelligence to predict failures in advance and intelligently manage both operations and development. The core technologies enabling this are the data ontology-based knowledge graph "SCORE" and the AI-driven development methodology "GenDev."
Score is a data platform that connects accumulated failures, performance, cost, and resource data from cloud operations according to relationships and context. It traces the source and lineage of data, enabling AI to understand and judge situations based on actual operational environments and verifiable evidence.
Zendev is based on this to transform the existing software development lifecycle (SDLC) into an AI-centric generative development system, thereby increasing productivity. Kim (CEO) argued that "applying Zendev improves overall productivity by approximately 10.6 times compared to the existing SDLC."
Orchestra plans to apply Score and Zendev across its entire AI infrastructure software portfolio. Through this initiative, the company aims to shift from a reactive approach that restores operations after incidents occur to a proactive system that predicts anomalies in advance and enables preemptive response.
On this day, Kim Min-jun, chairman of the Orchestro Group, stated in his welcome address earlier that "the winner of the AI era will not be the company with the largest model, but the one that understands data and controls infrastructure to generate business results at the fastest pace," adding that "through 'Orchestro 4.0,' we will provide the speed and technological sovereignty needed for the AI era."
Meanwhile, the OPUS 2026 held on this day is an annual technology conference where the Orchestro Group unveils its AI infrastructure technology strategy and next-generation product roadmap.
