Two Hands, which operates the fulfillment service 'Pumgo', announced on the 18th that it has been selected as the official logistics partner for the open market 'Toss Shopping' and will operate a delivery guarantee service.
Toss Shopping is a commerce channel accessible within the Toss app without requiring a separate app installation. The delivery guarantee service launched this year guarantees next-day delivery based on the order date and provides benefits to participating sellers, including attachment of an 'Arrives Tomorrow' badge, higher search visibility, and 0% sales commission fees.
Pumgo will apply its expertise in operating fast delivery across multiple commerce platforms such as Naver N Delivery, Cafe24 Daily Delivery, and Gmarket Star Delivery to Toss Shopping. According to Two Hands, Pumgo's same-day shipment rate reaches approximately 99.9%. To maintain service quality, the company also operates its own 'Five Promises Guarantee System', which directly compensates sellers if any of five key indicators—order processing, inbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and others—are not met.
The company stated that based on 11 years of accumulated operational intelligence (OI), automated packaging facilities, AI-driven demand forecasting, and an order allocation system, it can ensure stable shipments even during periods of surging order volumes. It explained that the company has achieved a 100% shipment rate even in situations where orders surge due to weekend and late-night special events.
Park Chan-jae, CEO of Two Hands, said, "For brand companies to quickly establish themselves on Toss Shopping, logistics capabilities that convert weekend and late-night traffic into sales are essential." He added, "Through Pumgo's 24/7, seven-day-a-week closing infrastructure, we will support brand companies in achieving sales scale-up without worrying about logistics."
