Customers will be able to access Hyundai Motor's "premium services" in more locations. On the 3rd, Hyundai Motor announced that it has established a total of 17 large-scale, premium service hubs called "Grand Bluehands" nationwide and plans to expand this network to 30 locations by 2029.
Grand Bluehands are large-scale, premium service hubs that Hyundai Motor is developing by utilizing existing Bluehands facilities or adding new sites in order to provide a differentiated service experience. They are characterized by their larger premises compared to standard Bluehands, equipped with the latest maintenance facilities and comfortable customer convenience spaces, offering a wide range of maintenance services.
Grand Bluehands provide services tailored to the characteristics of each brand, Hyundai Motor and Genesis. Depending on the facility configuration, they operate in two formats: "integrated" and "separated." The integrated format operates within a single building, with separate customer lounges and maintenance workspaces for the Hyundai Motor and Genesis brands. The separated format involves individually constructed dedicated buildings for each brand, providing services from vehicle intake to maintenance completion in their respective spaces.
The recently opened Indukwon Hyundai Service is a separated-type Grand Bluehands facility, featuring dedicated buildings for both Hyundai Motor and Genesis. With its opening, Hyundai Motor now has a total of 17 Grand Bluehands hubs across major regions nationwide, including seven in the metropolitan area, four in the Honam region, three in the Chungcheong region, two in the Gyeongsang region, and one in the Gangwon region.
A Hyundai Motor official stated, "It is important to provide a differentiated customer experience throughout the entire process of vehicle ownership, not just through product competitiveness." The official added, "We will continue to expand Grand Bluehands to provide more comfortable and professional maintenance services and enhance customer satisfaction."
