On the 8th, Bespin Global announced that it was selected as the contractor for the project to upgrade the functions of ChaTi (ChaTi), an interactive information search service operated by the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT).
ChaTi is an interactive information search service for KATI (Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Information Platform), which is operated by aT. This project aims to transform ChaTi into an intelligent service that supports export companies in searching for information and making decisions by applying the latest AI technologies.
Bespin Global will build an agentic AI system that analyzes user requests and performs related tasks based on its proprietary AI platform, 'HelpNow AI'. The company will also apply 'multi-agent orchestration' technology, where multiple AI agents responsible for market analysis, regulatory diagnosis, data analysis, and other functions collaborate to answer complex questions.
Key project contents include: improving the structure of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG); expanding training on export statistical databases and non-tariff barrier-related data; and introducing an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system capable of processing unstructured materials such as PDFs, tables, and images. The company plans to provide reports and URLs that serve as the basis for answers to reduce the possibility of errors.
Bespin Global will also address security requirements from public institutional investors by applying features such as personal information masking and prompt injection defense. HelpNow AI has completed registration under the Digital Service Professional Contract System and obtained GS (Good Software) certification.
Previously, Bespin Global participated in public AI projects including Ministry of the Interior and Safety's 'All People's Plaza', Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's 'HiNuri', Seoul Tourism Foundation's 'Visit Seoul', and Ulsan Office of Education's 'Our Children AI'.
