Actress Hwang Jung-eum expressed affection toward Kim Yong-jun of 'SG Wannabe,' with whom she had been in a public relationship for 10 years in the past.
On the 21st, a video titled "The Day I Get Bombarded with Questions from My Hwang Goldies" was released on the YouTube channel 'Hwang Jung-eum.'
In response to subscriber questions about her number of romantic relationships, Hwang said, "I haven't dated that many people, have I? Once I start dating someone, it lasts 10 years," evoking memories of her ex-boyfriend Kim Yong-jun.
When one subscriber asked Hwang, "This is a bit delicate, but out of curiosity, have you never run into Mr. Yong-jun by chance since your breakup?" Hwang replied, "Not even once." She then added, "I kind of miss him like this, and I also [miss] Yong-jun," revealing her longing.
The production team asked, "Didn't you spend the time when you were at your prettiest and youngest together?"
In response, Hwang said, "Anyway, Yong-jun is a friend who holds many wonderful memories for me now," adding, "He is the kind of friend I could greet very warmly if we happened to meet on the street."
Hwang and Kim began their public relationship in 2006 but broke up in 2015.
Afterward, Hwang married Lee Young-don, a businessman with a background as a professional golfer, in 2016, and welcomed her first son the following year. She entered divorce mediation in 2020 but later reconciled, giving birth to her second son in 2022. However, they ultimately parted ways again and proceeded with divorce proceedings.
