Shin Jung-hwan, a former member of the group Country Kkokko, revealed that Tak Jae-hoon had a crush on singer Kim Hyun-jeong in the past.
On the 2nd, singer Kim Hyun-jeong appeared on the YouTube channel 'Dakteo Shin' and recalled her days with Shin Jung-hwan during their active period.
Shin Jung-hwan said, "I spent a lot of time with Ms. Kim Hyun-jeong." In response, Kim Hyun-jeong stated, "I met Tak Jae-hoon oppa many times, but we never met in private," indicating that she had no close relationship with Shin Jung-hwan.

Upon hearing this, Shin Jung-hwan said, "Jae-hoon hyung liked you. Jae-hoon hyung likes a style like Ms. Kim Hyun-jeong," and added, "That's why he never called you in private."
Kim Hyun-jeong replied, "I was aware of that." When she then asked Shin Jung-hwan, "Did you oppa like me too?" Shin Jung-hwan, looking flustered, responded, "Who wouldn't like Ms. Kim Hyun-jeong?"
Kim Hyun-jeong said that Tak Jae-hoon once made remarks suggesting he had feelings for her in the past, noting, "He said he liked tall styles, but he ended up marrying someone else."

When Shin Jung-hwan mentioned that Tak Jae-hoon's ex-wife resembled Kim Hyun-jeong, Kim Hyun-jeong replied, "I even ate a meal at their house. But oppa wasn't there then either."
Kim Hyun-jeong emphasized that she had never met Tak Jae-hoon alone. She stated, "Absolutely not. We always met in groups of 5 or 6," while Shin Jung-hwan expressed surprise, saying, "I thought you two met and ate together."
When Shin Jung-hwan joked, "Tak Jae-hoon was just a groomsman," Kim Hyun-jeong retorted, "He always considered himself the main character."
Kim Hyun-jeong debuted in 1997 and gained popularity with songs such as "Parting with Her," "Lonely Love," "The Parting Returns," and "Blank."
Tak Jae-hoon formed and began activities with Country Kkokko alongside Shin Jung-hwan in 1998. He married Ms. Lee in 2001, had one son and one daughter, and divorced in 2014.
