Singer and actress IU, who maintains a slim figure, revealed that she eats two boiled eggs as one meal.
On Sunday, a stage greeting for the films "IU Concert: The Golden Hour" and "IU Concert: The Winning" was held at CGV Yongsan i-Park Mall. This event was organized to celebrate IU's 18th debut anniversary, bringing IU together with her fan club, Yoo Ae-na, for a special occasion.
On that day, when a fan asked IU what she would eat for dinner, she replied, "I think I'll probably just eat boiled eggs."
When fans sighed in apparent disappointment at the unexpected answer, IU smiled and explained, "It's very filling. If you drizzle some olive oil over two boiled eggs and eat them, you won't feel hungry all day long."
When fans again responded with disbelief, saying "Eh~," IU reiterated her explanation, emphasizing that this is a meal method based on her own experience.
IU shared her personal diet secret, stating, "Try it once. Olive oil is important. It seems crucial to include some fat. If you eat it like that in the morning, you won't feel hungry all day."

If you are considering a diet plan, try consuming eggs, which not only provide satiety but also aid skin regeneration.
Egg whites contain abundant amino acids. Amino acids significantly support the synthesis of collagen in the body, which is essential for maintaining skin elasticity. Choline contained in egg yolks contributes to cell membrane structure and fat metabolism, thereby supporting skin cell stability.
Insufficient protein intake during a diet can make skin appear thin or lose elasticity. In such cases, consuming an appropriate amount of protein aids in the recovery of damaged skin.
The recommended daily intake for healthy adults is about 1 to 2 eggs. Raw eggs have lower protein digestion and absorption rates, so it is better to consume them cooked.

Oleic acid, a representative component of olive oil, supplies the fats that constitute the skin barrier. It also aids in the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients such as vitamins A, D, E, and K.
In particular, extra virgin olive oil contains antioxidant components such as polyphenols and vitamin E. Antioxidant components have the effect of preventing skin cell damage caused by ultraviolet rays, micro-inflammation, and oxidative stress, which are identified as major causes of decreased skin elasticity and wrinkle formation.
Consuming olive oil alongside vegetables or eggs can enhance the absorption of antioxidant nutrients such as fat-soluble vitamins and carotenoids.
However, consuming large amounts simply because it is beneficial for health is prohibited. One tablespoon of olive oil contains approximately 120 kcal, which can rapidly increase fat and calorie intake per meal. Adjust the amount according to the accompanying food and desired calorie intake.
