SK AX has released an educational program that allows even non-technical individuals without coding knowledge to create and utilize AI agents in their work.
On the 1st, SK AX announced the launch of 'AI Bootcamp Vibe,' an educational program enabling users to develop and use AI agents through vibe coding.
Vibe coding is a method where generative AI writes development code to implement a program based on a natural language description of desired features. The company explained that this allows members from various job functions, including HR, planning, marketing, and sales, not just specialized development teams, to create AI agents to enhance work productivity.
An SK AX official stated, "AI agents excel in collaboration with other AI agents and the utilization of internal data; therefore, if AI transformation is limited to only certain organizations, it will not lead to improved productivity." The official added, "If a company seeks enterprise-wide AX innovation, an educational program that uniformly enhances all employees' ability to utilize AI agents is necessary."
The most significant feature of AI Bootcamp Vibe is its practical training approach. Over four weeks, participants learn the AI agent design process through lectures and hands-on exercises on the AI bootcamp platform, directly creating agents that can be applied to real-world work tasks.
All processes, from practice sessions to assignment submission and evaluation, are operated based on AI. This structure is designed to reduce the burden on companies that lack dedicated resources for conducting education and evaluations.
Participants are assigned an AI agent serving as a dedicated mentor. Following guidelines provided by the AI mentor, participants input requirements into a chat window and can immediately verify implementation results through previews.
The AI mentor remembers participants' progress, comprehension levels, and error patterns to adjust terminology explanations and coaching intensity. This approach supports learning tailored to each participant's level.
The educational curriculum is also linked to actual work tasks. Participants analyze their own jobs to directly select and develop projects that can be solved by AI agents. Project selection begins with a detailed analysis of business processes, identifying repetitive or time-consuming inefficient tasks and selecting projects with high potential for AI application to develop agents. SK AX employees themselves are developing and utilizing AI agents needed in the workplace after completing the AI Bootcamp Vibe course.
For those wishing to integrate their self-created AI agents with corporate systems, they can use 'Context Operator,' a separate service provided by SK AX. Through this, employees can connect their AI agents with systems such as internal email and data sharing or storage repositories. It is also possible to expand the scope of agent utilization and share them with colleagues.
The launch of AI Bootcamp Vibe has strengthened SK AX's 'AI Talent Lab' educational curriculum. AI Talent Lab consists of three courses: 'AI Literacy,' which evaluates AI literacy and execution capabilities; 'AI Bootcamp,' an advanced course for developers; and 'AI Bootcamp Vibe,' which supports non-developers in creating AI agents. Corporate clients can utilize each course according to their goals for employee capability development.
Kim Min-hwan, Head of HRX Promotion at SK AX, stated, "True AI augmentation means that practitioners who know their own work best directly design, create, and utilize the AI agents they need." He added, "We will help foster an AX innovation ecosystem where AI-driven innovation becomes embedded in corporate culture across all parts of business organizations."
