iNavi Systems is introducing a survival-style mission that allows participants to receive a refund of their entry fee and earn additional prizes upon achieving walking goals.
iNavi Systems, a subsidiary of Tinkware specializing in the development of mobility and autonomous driving map platforms, announced on the 6th that it has launched 'Survival Mission,' a walking-based mission, on its stamp reward app, 'iNavi Stamp.'
In the Survival Mission, participants pay an entry fee and challenge themselves to meet a set step goal over two weeks. Participants must achieve the designated number of steps each day during the mission period to advance to the next stage. Those who fail to meet the goal are eliminated.
Final completers receive a full refund of their entry fee. They can also receive additional prizes funded by the entry fees of those who were eliminated. The more participants are eliminated, the larger the cumulative prize pool becomes, and the fewer the final survivors, the greater the individual payout.
Participants can choose from missions of various difficulty levels tailored to their fitness level. During the mission, they can check the current number of survivors, the cumulative prize pool, and estimated prizes in real time through the app.
After achieving the target step count, participants simply need to verify it through the app. There is no need to submit separate photos or exercise records.
iNavi Stamp, launched in April last year, is a service that combines rewards with various activities such as stamp tours for visiting famous landmarks and bicycle touring missions. With the launch of the Survival Mission, the company has expanded its service scope from existing exploration and leisure-focused missions to include everyday walking activities.
An official from iNavi Systems said, "We planned the Survival Mission to add new fun and motivation to walking through a survival format where participants stake their entry fee on achieving a goal." The official added, "Since users can experience the sense of accomplishment from meeting their goals along with additional rewards, we hope this will serve as an opportunity for them to consistently practice walking in their daily lives."
The Survival Mission is available to iNavi Stamp members aged 19 and older. Pre-registration for the first round runs from October 6 to 8, and the mission will be conducted for two weeks from October 9 to 22.
