On the 8th, Kim shared on her personal social media platform, "Photos in my Instagram stories disappear after 24 hours," while expressing her thoughts on the recent controversy.
She wrote, "Sensational and malicious articles are pouring out, claiming that I hastily deleted photos and that I showed off baby down jackets—content that is not true and that I never mentioned or even had any intention of mentioning."
She continued, "I am tired. And it is truly sad," voicing her feelings of frustration.
Previously, on the 5th, Kim posted a photo on her Instagram story showing her daughter Jae-i wearing a pink down jacket.
The item drew attention after it was revealed to be a down jacket from luxury brand M, priced in the range of 1.4 million won.

Regarding her daughter's advertising activities, she disclosed that they file comprehensive income tax returns, stating, "A patriotic child who pays taxes from age one," which sparked a controversy over "showing off wealth."
Netizens offered comfort in response to Kim's statement, with comments such as, "What is wrong with showing off? Even if it is not the purpose, can't you show off?" "I am a mother raising a child of the same age, and I feel unnecessarily upset for you," "It must be really exhausting," "What is wrong with showing off your pretty baby?" and "It is a brand that many ordinary people also wear, so I do not understand why there is such particular attention."
Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye registered their marriage in 2021 and held their wedding ceremony the following year. In October 2024, they welcomed their daughter Jae-i.
