"I took annual leave just to attend the money show. I had many concerns about asset rebalancing, and I believe this lecture will help me reflect on my investment direction." (Company employee Mr. Jeong)
Over 450 stock investors dreaming of becoming wealthy gathered to learn the secrets of those who successfully grew their assets worth hundreds of billions of won. This took place at MoneyToday's "The Lifestyle X Single Fire Money Show" held on the 4th at COEX in Samsung-dong, Seoul. The lecture hall was filled with investors from ordinary office backgrounds, all focused on not missing out on investment secrets shared by FIRE achievers who built lifelong cash flow through stock investments.
Influencers and YouTubers who gained popularity by sharing stock investment success stories and tips on MoneyToday's economics, financial management, and lifestyle YouTube channel "Single Fire" took the stage as speakers, conveying know-how on how to grow assets successfully, manage them stably over time, and create lifelong income.
In the first lecture titled "U.S. Growth Stock Investment Is Never Too Late to Start," Petit Rich emphasized that "easy and sustainable investment" is crucial. He stated, "The U.S. stock market has been trending upward in the long term, so if you buy appropriately in portions, there's no risk of total investment failure." He added, "Now is the best time for U.S. growth stock investment."
Lao Eo, author of "Unlimited Buying Method for U.S. Stocks" and "U.S. Stock Value Rebalancing," delivered the second lecture, sharing personal experiences from starting investments to achieving FIRE and life after retirement, resonating deeply with attendees. He particularly explained investment strategies and principles that should be emphasized according to different life stages.

Economic influencer "Pyungon," who delivered a lecture titled "Dividend Stock Investment Strategy for 4050s for Successful Retirement," emphasized three principles: diversified investment, systematic investment, and dividend reinvestment. He stated, "Dividends are essentially guaranteed returns. If the dividend yield is 5%, you can start with that 5% secured." He particularly helped investors understand by providing diverse concrete portfolio examples centered on ETFs.
Following this, Oh Young-pyo Shin Yeong-jeung-gwon (EVP) delivered a special lecture explaining the family trust system, including specific cases and their pros and cons. He provided practical information related to inheritance and gifting, offering valuable insights for investors. He remarked, "Longevity risk, dementia risk, and inheritance risk in the 100th-year lifespan era cannot be solved through investment returns alone." He added, "Trusts are tools that complete the second and third layers of the three-layer asset management structure, focusing on protecting assets and passing them on."
Economic influencer Hallasan Bulgum (Hyun Young-jun) stated in his lecture titled "Preparing for a Stable Retirement with Dividend Growth Stocks" that "dividends grow structurally, allowing them to outpace inflation," and added, "Especially, you can increase dividend yields through preferred stocks."
He particularly explained how to grow assets using dividend growth stocks by revealing his own portfolio.
Pome Ppoko, author of "Retire with Just Three U.S. ETFs," delivered the final lecture, stating, "Even small amounts invested consistently make it possible to beat time through investment." He recommended long-term investment in U.S. indices, noting, "The most stable yet slowly upward-trending asset is the S&P 500." He further added, "Investing that allows you to buy and accumulate without worrying about when to sell will ultimately be the winning strategy."

Despite the long six-hour event, investors showed unwavering enthusiasm to catch every detail of the lectures. Many praised it as an opportunity to learn specific and diverse investment strategies. Mr. Kang, a 30-something office worker, said, "Through today's lectures, I learned how to approach dividend stock investing."
Ms. Yang Hye-mi, who took vacation with friends to attend, stated, "I'm already invested in U.S. stocks and have been watching Single Fire's lectures and interviews of the speakers. After hearing the lectures, I've started reconsidering my investment strategies."
