Kolon Benite announced on the 31st that it participated as a gold sponsor in the 'HR Connect Seoul 2026' event held at El Tower, Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the 27th, showcasing a model for building an HR management system based on SAP.
Hosted by SAP Korea, this event was a specialized conference on SAP's human resource management solution, 'SuccessFactors.' Approximately 250 corporate HR professionals attended to share insights on SAP's business strategy, AI-driven HR innovation cases, and partner solutions.
At the event, Kolon Benite introduced its SAP SuccessFactors solution and conducted customer consultations. Choi Ha-neul, Manager at Kolon Benite, delivered a presentation titled 'SAP SuccessFactors Pre-Package: Accelerating HR Innovation.'
The pre-package is a standardized implementation model that consolidates core functions of SAP SuccessFactors, including HR management and performance evaluation. It reduces the lengthy requirements analysis and design phases by offering existing implementation and operation experience in template form, shortening the deployment period to approximately three months. Additional required functions can be added incrementally after deployment.
As an official partner of SAP SuccessFactors, Kolon Benite supports domestic companies in transitioning to cloud-based HR management systems. Through this event, the company plans to expand its outreach to organizations considering the adoption of HR management systems.
